Make your own nutrient dense drinks!

I wanted to give you guys some alcohol alternatives for your parties! Alcohol is not your friend!! It messes with Our hormones! It aromatises your testosterone into estrogen and a whole host of other things that cause your body to rebel!! So skip the alcohol this year and have something tasty and nutrient dense that actually contributes to your health and wellness instead of knocking you back!!

Ginger Lime Fizz: 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice ½ teaspoon freshly zested ginger 5 drops stevia 8 ounces of sparkling water Stir all ingredients together and pour over ice. Garnish with fresh lime wedge.

Cooling Cucumber infusion 4 slices of cucumber Small handful of fresh mint 5 drops liquid stevia 8 ounces filtered water Muddle 3 slices of cucumber and fresh mint. Mix with water and stevia, and pour over ice. Garnish with slice of cucumber and sprig of fresh mint.
